FoodTech / Creator Commerce
PREPD: from food delivery to culinary commerce infrastructure.
Creator Commerce
Saudi Arabia
Preparing SAR 15M Seed Round
PREPD wasn't an idea-stage startup, it already had an operating product, real customer activity, completed orders, repeat usage, and kitchen operations running in market. The challenge wasn't a prettier pitch deck. It was that the fundraising story still read like another food-delivery or cloud-kitchen business, when the actual opportunity underneath it was bigger and more defensible than that.
What We Did
01
Business Model & Strategic Positioning
Moved the story away from "creator recipe → kitchen → delivery" toward a larger thesis: PREPD is the commercialization infrastructure for culinary IP. Culinary IP can originate from influencers, home cooks, or FMCG brands, each feeding the same shared commercial asset into PREPD's enablement layer (curation → kitchen ops → distribution → optimization) and out through multiple demand channels (on-demand, subscriptions, B2B).
02
Market Sizing & ICP
Reorganized the opportunity around a proper market hierarchy instead of treating the business as generic food delivery, and clarified three distinct supply-side segments: Culinary Innovators (influencers, chefs), F&B Brands (FMCGs, restaurant groups), and Micro Creators (home cooks, independent food sellers). The insight: PREPD isn't dependent on any single creator class.
03
Revenue Model
Moved the monetization story beyond single-transaction delivery revenue. The revised model spans B2C (on-demand commission, subscription meal plans) and B2B (corporate meal programs, FMCG product-validation programs, brand partnerships, in-app advertising), showing investors PREPD can monetize the same infrastructure through multiple channels.
04
Competitive Positioning
Rebuilt the competitive narrative around one question: why is PREPD structurally different from delivery apps, subscription businesses, social platforms, and cloud kitchens? The resulting thesis: other platforms own discovery, production, subscriptions, or delivery in isolation. PREPD connects culinary IP to commercialization and monetization end-to-end.
05
Investor Narrative & Pitch Deck
Restructured the deck so every slide answers the next logical investor question, vision → problem → supply → shared asset → solution → product → competitive advantage → flywheel → revenue → scale → proof → execution → ask. A core piece of the work was consolidating duplicated explanations across the original problem, solution, enablement, and product slides into one coherent platform architecture.
The Shared Asset: The Recipe
The strategic unlock was recognizing that influencers, home cooks, and FMCG brands are all, structurally, doing the same thing: producing a recipe. PREPD's real value isn't in any one supply source, it's in the infrastructure that takes that shared asset and commercializes it across on-demand, subscription, and B2B channels. Other platforms own a piece of this workflow. PREPD connects the whole thing.

CURRENT STATUS: PREPARING SAR 15M SEED ROUND
Current investor materials position PREPD around a SAR 15M Seed raise. Whether fundraising has formally launched, investor conversations are underway, or any portion has closed is not confirmed, this reflects where the strategy and materials stand today. FounderHQ's work moved the company from a creator-led food-delivery narrative to a complete investor narrative: commercialization infrastructure for culinary IP, backed by a multi-sided business model, market sizing, competitive positioning, monetization architecture, and real traction evidence.
